Buddhism is the core pillar in my practice. However, you do not need to consider yourself a Buddhist to benefit its practices and philosophies. In fact, for much of my journey I’ve considered myself a “secular Buddhist”, or viewed it as “I use Buddhism as a philosophy, not a religion”
