Hello everyone! This website will be expanded slowly over time as I adjust my life towards this practice. In the mean time - scroll down to learn a little about me, follow me on Instagram, and reach out via the email form at the bottom!
Let’s get started
I want this website to be a resource for you to check in with along your introspective journey. I find it helpful to express myself through writing and I enjoy teaching others, and I wish I had a website like this when I was younger. So please enjoy the fruits of this stage of my journey, and may this site serve you in some way of becoming your truer self.
Topics I am currently thinking about, writing on, or integrating into my life:
Meditation and Spiritual Traditions
Metta (Loving-Kindness)
Walking Meditation
Pranayama (Breath Control)
Buddhist Philosophy
Using the Eightfold path to live a more wholesome life
Yogic Philosophy
Using the “4 Yogas” to make every part of life into a spiritual or growing experience
Modern scientific fields
Modern Psychology
Polyvagal Theory
Somatic Experiencing
Trauma informed coaching
Psychedelic Support
More specific intersections that I find interesting:
Intersection of cannabis and healthy living - can I use cannabis in a way that is against the old stereotypes, and actually enriches my otherwise normal life?
Intersection of cannabis and Buddhism - how cannabis is not a heedlessness causing intoxicant, and can be used with devotion and intention
How meditation / mindfulness / yoga makes work more engaging, tolerable
If any of these speak to you, reach out and let me know!
